We left Butlers

and marched about 5 miles south
west. I lay down beside a
boy about 12 P.M. pretty well
tired out, but am as bright
as a button this morning. The last
of our cooks left Butler comd last
night & I presume we are to join
the 2d & 5 Corps under mead
