Seward, Jr., Auburn, August 1, 1871Aug 23d
My dear Gus,
We are all very
well, and very busy getting
ready for your father's
this is a copy of a letter
received yesterday. Will
telegraph you as soon as he
hears that his father is in
London. Will is building
another house at the Lake
so we all kept very busy.
I am afraid it will be October
before you will get here if
you wait for Father.
All send love,
Jenny
