Biography
Charlotte Lynch was the daughter of Lieutenant Colonel Ebenezer Gray. She married Patrick Lynch in 1812 and they lived in Vermont. They had two sons and a daughter, Anna Charlotte, Thomas Rawson, and Ebenezer. After Patrick was killed in a shipwreck in the West Indies, Charlotte moved back to Hartford, CT. In the 1850's Charlotte and her brother presented a bill before Congress for compensation for their father's service.
