My dear Brother
I am sorry to say that my
business calls me, imperiously from
the city this morning: I know not
that I could do you much good
if it were otherwise; but it would at
least be gratifying to be on the
ground and try.
Our friends are full of
courage. The use made of the little
Constitution produces great effect. In
all the little cities up the river, as
she passed up to Albany
