The A & R R R Co will purchase your corner
lot in Auburn

price for it. They want the whole lot as well as the lot North
of it. In your former letter to me on the subject you said you
would take what you paid for the lot or sell at the appraised
of new. Our company are apprehensive you paid too much
and prefer to buy according to present value. You will name
your price, but you must be moderate and graduate your price
according to the times. I have my own opinion of the value
and I fear you will put your price too high.

some State Stocks which you would perhaps prefer to cash.
Write me as soon as you can for the Coy
wish to settle upon the location for their road & Depot and
are desirous to obtain the lands on the lowest terms
