Biography: 
Julia Isabelle was the daughter of Rev. Ashby Parmelee and his second wife Franny Brush.She married Northrup Morse in 1844 and had six children, three of whom survived until adulthood. She is possibly mentioned by Clarence in the letter 18410811CAS_WHS where Clarence tells his uncle that Mr. Parmley's family has had the measles.
