Enclosed is off of publication of Notice to change &
Alter the Act of a corporation for this Village, you will
please get the prooff [ paoff ]

& the Village will pay the Expence as the Trustees say.
I understand there is a remittance in
circulation relating to the proposed amendment
this of course, when it comes down I wish you
would let me know a little of its character.
I shall make a condensation of your
speech and publish it in the Cayuga Repub-
lican — It is so long that it will take Skin- ners
