Biography

WHS's brother-in-law. He studied medicine in Florida, NY with SSS, but moved to NJ to set up his practice. He was a doctor in Bargaintown and Mays Landing, NJ. MDC was known for being a daring and successful surgeon and physician. He gave up his practice in 1853 to turn his attention to scientific farming. He married a second time after LCC died.
